This system consists of sensors that detect the presence of an induction seal inside the cap. If the seal is absent, the system will indicate and alarm and signal the bottle rejection system to reject the bottle from the line on to a tray.Water Flow Detection System
This system detects the flow of water required for cooling the machine. If the water flow is absent, the machine will immediately deactivate the sealing of the induction sealer and indicate an alarm.Auto On/Off System
This is a power saving feature. When the first bottle enters into the induction sealer, the bottle sensor detects this and activates the sealing. The induction sealer keeps sealing all the bottles that enter under its sealing head. If no bottle enters after a preset time, the machine gets deactivated hence avoiding idling. This reduces overall power consumption.Stalled Bottle Detection System
If a bottle gets stalled or starts to back up to the induction sealer due to an external stoppage of bottle line flow, this system will detect that the bottle is not moving and thus indicate an alarm and deactivates the sealing of the induction sealer.Conveyor Stop System
This interlock detects the movement of your line conveyor. If your conveyor gets stopped due to any fault, the system will detect this and deactivate the sealing of the machine. This will also give off an audio visual alarm.Low Power Detection System
This interlock is used to detect the power level of the machine. If the Power level falls below the set parameter, an audio visual alarm will get activated.Plug and Play System
